cnc precision
Bluelinewoodflags.com uses CNC technology to precisely craft each flag we design. Computer Numerical Control, or CNC for short, essentially means that a computer controlled machine converts a design produced within a CAD program into numbers (coordinates on an x, y and z axis). These numbers are translated into tool paths within CAM software which tell specialized CNC milling bits which direction to cut and how deep to make each cut. The final result is a beautiful precise piece of art you will be proud to display.
all flags are not created equal
All flags created by BlueLine Wood Flags are created with a great amount of detail in mind. Not only does the CNC process provide the precision in creating the final product but throughout the design, each flag is produced with exact dimensions from the overall height and width, to the size of the union, to the width of the stripes, to the diameter and spacing of each star. Each flag’s proportions are in accordance with rules set forth by Presidential Executive Order 10834, Part 1, Sections 2 & 3. Please note that as novelty items, our flag’s subdued color scheme does not conform to the red, white and blue requirement as set forth in section 1 of the above Executive Order. These “first-responder” flags are not American Flags. They are not meant to be American Flags and they are not meant to replace or desecrate the stars & stripes in any way.
